AutoWinWin Features

Organize and manage your fleet (or your client's) and their maintenance plans, compute costs and cross-analyze, intervention history (who, when, how much, ...), control, integrate and manage maintenance requests (who, when, what, where, MWT) and issue corrective WO to attend them. Customize your maintenance analysis and indicators.

Fleet record, providing for each vehicle:

Identification and main coordinates (ID, description, supplier, driver, cost centre, purchase date, price, etc.)
Technical datasheet with up to 40 user-defined particulars for each vehicle type (manufacturer, model, weight, engine power, capacities, tyre pressure, etc.)
Link to a vehicle photo or any other file
Link to documents such as insurance policy, inspection certificates, tax stamps and the like, with or without validity dates, which can be dealt with as manageable issues
Visual alarm of validity status of documents
Scheduled maintenance and inspections plan

Programmed, i.e. work that is scheduled to be done at some opportunity; actual dates are permanently tuned according to running record updating

Terminated, detailing all work carried out in the vehicle

Computed according to their nature, as established by the User (e.g. fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.).

Cost Reports

great number of options; bounded by time interval, vehicle, driver, supplier, etc. with several output options such as print preview, print, export or mail.

Detailed Analysis

A special tool enables the User to design a great number of technical, organisational and economical analysis based on the data inputs made along the day to day management process
